Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in a dynamic fashion company engaged in both eCommerce and wholesale. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth workflow, coordinating cross-functional departments, managing logistics and inventory support, any legal issues with customers or whole sellers and serving as a key link between leadership, sales teams, and external partners

Finance & Reporting Support




  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, IT coordination, and administrative staff

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office policies to ensure organizational efficiency.

  • Assist HR with on boarding, scheduling interviews, employee records, and office culture initiatives.

  • Liaise with customer service, warehouse, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment and returns management.

  • Oversee coordination with digital marketing and content teams for promotional calendars and product launches.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting and reordering processes with the merchandising team.

  • Assist wholesale sales teams with processing B2B orders, managing line sheets, updating buyer contact lists, and coordinating trade shows or showroom appointments.

  • Monitor wholesale shipping schedules, coordinate with logistics providers, and track deliveries to key accounts.

  • Prepare sales reports, invoices, and purchase order confirmations for wholesale clients.

  • Assist in managing budgets, expense reporting, and petty cash tracking.

  • Support invoicing, payment processing, and coordination with accounting teams for reconciliations.



Experience




  • 3 year plus experience in office management or operations

  • Accounts degree or diplomas

  • Law back ground will be preferred to deal any legal queries from customers or clients or stake holders.

  • Strong understanding of online retail platforms and B2B wholesale processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; experience with inventory and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Bilingual ..urdu and English

  • Experience working as higher level of hierarchy
