Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff. Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in Urdu and English, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.


• Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.


• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.


• Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly


• Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising standards.


• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment for both staff and customers.


• Meet existing and new customers to improve inventory

Skills

• Education requirement: MSc in Business management from well reputed Universities of UK


• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and performance enhancement.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Urdu is an advantage.


• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.


• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.


• Experience in retail sales or supervisory roles is preferred but not essential.


• Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.


• A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
